Cancelation and Payment Policy
You must cancel less than 48 hours prior to your pickup time you will not receive any refund. If you wish to cancel before your rental pick-up time, you must send us an email to info@greencampers.is
In case of no show, the renter can consider his reservation a cancelled. Therefore, the same policy as cancellation applies. No refund will be given in case of a no show.
A driver’s credit card is required. Visa, MasterCard, and all major credit cards are accepted. A copy of the credit card will be made at the start of all rentals for security purposes, even if a voucher covers the cost of the rental. This copy of the credit card can be used to pay for any additional costs, including additional insurance, parking tickets, damages or any charges due to the use of the rented camper. If customers do not have a credit card and only have a debit card, the customers liability will be charged (excess) and refunded at the end of the reservation if no damage is reported.
Normally, we charge the whole amount at the time of booking, however, you can simply pay a deposit (a 30% minimum is needed). Upon arrival, you can settle the outstanding balance by credit card or with cash.
